Haitham Hamad Almulhim

Haitham’s career is highlighted with extensive experience in some of the largest corporate and commercial transactions in Saudi Arabia and globally. His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and IPOs. He specializes in advising multinational corporations on structuring, financing, and litigation for major projects.
Haitham also represents a wide range of international and local clients, including government entities, offering full-fledged support in their investments and operations in the Kingdom.
He has earned a Master's degree in International Law and Financial Markets from the University of East London, and attained his Bachelor's degree in Sharia Law from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.

Dr. Mulhim Hamad Almulhim

With a PHD of Juridical Science in Law from the Pennsylvania State University focusing on M&A Laws, a Master's degree in Law Legal Policy from the Higher Judicial Institute at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, and Bachelor's degree in Islamic Law Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, Dr. Almulhim’s legal career draws upon his extensive knowledge and experience in a number of fields, which led to many important milestones in his path. He also holds a CME1 certificate.
Dr. Almulhim has successfully:
- Provided consultations in Corporate Law including Corporate Governance, IPO, Capital Market Law.
- Worked as Adjacent professor.
- Led numerous M&A transactions in many sectors with different sizes ranging from SAR 100 million to 3 SAR billion transactions; whether representing the selling side or the buyer side.
- Negotiated relevant M&A terms, prepared legal due diligence reports, drafted SPA agreements and Shareholders agreements as well as article of associations.
- Drafted many renowned joint venture agreements.
Salman Saud Altamimi

Dr. Khalid Abdulrahman Alammar
